About Us
East Cape Health Center's aim is to improve the health and well-being of local residents, ex-pats and, tourists who enjoy the East Cape of Baja California Sur, Mexico. Unified by the passion to act as an ally to our patients and customers, we provide quality medical and dental care including diagnostics, lab, X-ray, dental panoramic, and ultrasound. We're partnered with Dr. Luis Cardenas and CIFO- Physical Therapy, and Dr. Alonso, oral surgery with WeCare integrated center and specialty pharmacy both located within H+ Hospital in San Jose.
We work to be trusted by our patients as valued partners in the community, and creators of positive change. We strive to provide these services for all. Our passion is to help those most in need of medical, dental, medical supplies, oxygen, and medicine.
Services
The East Cape Health Center provides Urgent Care, Primary Care, Laboratory, X-Ray, Dental Panoramic, Ultrasound, Orthopedics, and CIFO Physical Therapy. As part of our visiting specialists and partnered with H+ hospital facilities we offer additional services including Vision, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Urology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery. East Cape Dental facility offers quality dental hygiene while also providing top-notch specialists for crowns, orthodontics, bridgework, implants, periodontics, veneers, and root canals
Insurance
Char Wenger is a trusted provider for a variety of insurance plans from short term travel policies to comprehensive International Global plans for you and your entire family. TravelMedEvac offers not only Air Evac but NOW a new rider with up to 100,000 for injury, accident, medical and dental coverage.

Char Wenger - CEO & Founder
Char Wenger has been dedicating her life to serving others. Her vision for bringing quality affordable health care for local families, part-time residents, and tourists has led her to create the East Cape Health Cente, a fully equipped urgent care medical and dental facility, with an attached pharmacy offering special medications and hard-to-find controlled prescriptions.

The East Cape Health Center improves the quality of life for local families and children through early detection and treatment of infection and disease. You can help by adopting a "Passport to Health" program which provides comprehensive medical and dental exams, full diagnostics, and treatment options. This program benefits local Mexican children and families who need our support.
