East Cape Health Center is a registered nonprofit organization — the primary medical home for the Los Barriles area, with an on-call emergency physician line and comprehensive on-site services — dedicated to accessible, high-quality healthcare for everyone in the community.

We put adult primary care, chronic disease management, labs, and imaging on equal footing with pediatrics and dental — community programs like More Smiles extend our reach; they complement rather than define who we are.
We serve residents and visitors alike. If you or someone you know can't afford care, our social assistance program ensures no one is turned away.

Since its inception, East Cape Health Center has been the cornerstone of the Los Barriles community. We are the only facility in the area offering comprehensive medical and dental services without the need to travel to La Paz or Cabo San Lucas.
